Known her warm stage presence, musical storytelling and ability to create memorable experiences for audiences of all ages this Christmas, she invites you to relax, reflect and celebrate the season through the magic of music in the Embassy Upstairs suite, set within the Embassy Theatre, Skegness.
A classically trained concert pianist and professional performer whose career began at age 14 and has taken Helen to stages across the UK and internationally. While rooted in classical music, her repertoire spans rock, pop, film, musicals, contemporary favourites and original compositions, often blending classical richness and technique with modern styles.
She has worked with respected names including The Bachelors, The Syd Lawrence Orchestra, The Swinging Blue Jeans, The Searchers, Kenny Ball and the Pasadena Roof Orchestra. Memorable collaborations include piano duets with Christopher Plummer, work with Richard Todd, and accompanying international performers.
Since 1997, Helen has been resident pianist at the historic Petwood Hotel in Woodhall Spa, known as the home of the Dambusters, earning her the affectionate title “the Dambuster Pianist.” She graduated with a BA in Music in 2001 and released her debut album, Wish Upon A Star, followed by further recordings and original work.
Helen also reaches global audiences through livestreams on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, with some streams attracting around 300,000 likes. Above all, her music is centred on people, connection and community, and she values meeting fans both online and in person.
