Our multi purpose venue is one of the most versatile spaces in the area and boasts a wide range of space and facilities available to hire for any event, from conferences to exhibitions, private functions to dance classes and aerobics.

The Main Auditorium can seat up to 1081 people (Theatre Style), or our seating can be cleared, to form a large exhibition or private function space of approximately 21m x 21m.

‘Embassy Upstairs ‘ is our Hospitality Suite and Circle Bar which can house performances in Theatre or Cabaret Style to seat up to 70 people.  This room can also be used for general room hire, conferencing or hospitality functions up to a capacity of 100.

The Arts Room provides an excellent mid-sized blank canvas style room approximately 10m x 10m with a sprung dance floor. The room has its own access, W/C facilities, Mirrors & Ballet Barre, Blackout blinds, PA system, Water Fountain and has a DDA compliant lift providing access from the car park.

  • This self-contained room and facilities is available to hire for limited range of activities at the following rates:  8hr day rate of £250+VAT | Hourly at £40+VAT | Half-day rate £100+VAT (4 hours).

The Lower and Upper Foyer areas within the theatre can also be hired for small public exhibitions – viewing recommended.

Car parking is ample at the rear of the theatre operated by East Lindsey District Council, charging at an hourly rate throughout the day (free after 6pm each evening). Please note the car park has a height barrier restriction with maximum headroom of 2.05mtrs
