Wheelchair users:

A limited number of wheelchair positions are available in the flat front stalls. These seats can be booked in advance through our Box Office. Please inform our sales team of any special requirements you may have to help us ensure that everybody is able to enjoy their visit.

There are two public entrances to the venue. The main entrance off Grand Parade provides automatic double doors at street level. The second entrance is accessible from the car park at the rear of the theatre. It can also be accessed via a ramp off Grand Parade. It allows patrons access directly into the stalls level of the theatre.

Mobility scooters:

Mobility scooters are not permitted in the auditorium and should be parked in the designated area adjacent to the main foyer lift.

Accessible parking:

There are a limited number of accessible parking spaces in the main pay and display car park. Please check the car park for any charges that may be applicable.

Lift:

The theatre has a wheelchair accessible lift to all floors.

0 – stalls level.
1 – street level, Grand Parade.
2 – upper circle level.
3 – Upstairs at the Embassy hospitality suite.

Toilets:

Wheelchair accessible toilets are situated on the stalls level of the theatre. There are two individually accessible toilets fitted with support rails and pull cord alarm. The left hand side one of these has a baby changing table.

Assistance dogs:

Assistance dogs are welcome in our venue. Please inform our venue sales team if you are planning on attending a performance with your companion.

Relaxed performances:

We are delighted to present a specially adapted relaxed performance of our annual pantomime. This performance is one that has been specially adapted to meet the needs of people who may find it difficult to attend a more traditional performance. This performance will also include BSL interpretation.

Hearing loop:

We are now able to offer guests access to a hearing assisted loop. For more information, please contact our Box Office on 01754 474100. A small deposit may be required.

CEA and Carers cards:

The CEA card is a national card scheme developed for UK cinemas by the UK Cinema Association (UKCA). We have adopted this scheme across our full programme of events.
