LIVE OPPORTUNITY:
Sales and Business Administrator – Full Time (40 hours).
Bring the energy, magic and entertainment to life in the East Coast’s premier live entertainment venue. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Business Administrator to join our team to work across a variety of departments.
The successful candidate will be an important part of the Embassy Theatre’s operation and will work with the Marketing and Sales Manager to serve our patrons at the Box Office, provide marketing support for our shows as well as assist our patrons on the night. The successful candidate will also work closely with the business and operational team, providing friendly, efficient and pro-active customer focused service utilising their interpersonal skills, energy and enthusiasm. The Sales and Business Administrator will also work closely with venue teams, to list events for sale, provide sales support, create content to market live events and also, work closely with our Experience Team to ensure that our cafe business continues to grow. This is a role for a creative mind, someone dedicated to customer service and also, someone with a smile for every occasion. The first point of contact for our customers – the right candidate can set the standard!
