While live performances remain our primary focus, our venue offers far more than just a traditional theatre experience. As one of the area’s most versatile event spaces, we provide flexible facilities for events of all sizes. From conferences and exhibitions to private functions, dance classes and fitness sessions, our spaces adapt to your needs. Previous events have included corporate conferences, product launches, music video staging, trade shows, awards ceremonies, gala dinners, wedding receptions and community celebrations.
The Embassy Auditorium seats up to 1,081 guests in a theatre-style layout. Retractable seating creates a versatile 21m x 21m space for concerts, exhibitions, private functions and large-scale events.
Located on the third floor, Embassy Upstairs offers a flexible and welcoming space that combines our Hospitality Suite and Circle Bar. Perfect for intimate performances, conferences, private events and hospitality functions, the venue accommodates up to 70 guests in theatre-style or cabaret-style seating, or up to 100 guests for standing and informal events.
The Embassy Arts Room is a flexible 10m x 10m studio space featuring a sprung dance floor, mirrors and a ballet barre, making it ideal for dance classes, rehearsals, workshops and creative activities. Additional facilities include blackout blinds, a PA system, a water fountain, dedicated first-floor access, W/C facilities and a DDA-compliant passenger lift from the car park.

The Embassy foyers and Courtyard Café offer flexible exhibition space for small public displays and exhibitions. We recommend a site visit to fully appreciate the layout and opportunities available.

Car parking is ample at the rear of the theatre operated by East Lindsey District Council, charging at an hourly rate throughout the day (free after 6pm each evening). Please note the car park has a height barrier restriction with maximum headroom of 2.05mtrs
