You may have seen our announcement last year, about the exciting addition to our theatre programme – Stage to Screen. This brand new screening and cinema initiative launches on Friday 28th May with a screening of 42nd Street from the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane in London, starring the magnificent Bonnie Langford. What better way to welcome you all back than with a night of sheer razzamatazz! It’s going to be quite a night so please, book early to avoid disappointment as for now, we will be following government guidance and will re-open with socially distanced screenings and live shows. Visit our What’s On page for details of all of the shows coming here or scroll down for the fantastic films and screenings we’ve already got lined up for you!
We’re pleased to reveal that two exciting movie clubs are on their way too. How about a Saturday morning at the movies or an afternoon watching a classic film. Bring the kids with you and let us entertain them. There’ll be popcorn on tap and of course, a coffee for you!
Our classic screenings will see us show classic movie moments from the comfort of our auditorium. Which memorable movies would you like to see again?
These new clubs will commence in June and as you can see, there are some classic films to entertain young and old alike. The kids club will take place on Saturday mornings from 12th June during term time, with Wednesday afternoons reserved for our classic movie club – commencing on Wednesday 9th June with West Side Story. All of the seats are just £5 too! You can even enjoy a pre-screening Cream Tea with us too.
We’re looking forward to seeing you here again. Let us know what you’d like to see as a part of our movie clubs and you never know, you could be watching it on our big screen within weeks…
