SO Festival is an astounding, outdoor arts festival, that brings high quality art and culture, from the international and local circuits, together in Mablethorpe and Skegness, Lincolnshire. The festival aims to increase engagement and interest in the arts within those least engaged, using culture as a catalyst for community cohesion. The festival is managed by the Magna Vitae Trust for Leisure and Culture, supported by Arts Council England (ACE) and East Lindsey District Council and works closely with independent Artistic Director, Jens Frimann Hansen and his colleagues at Helsingor Teater, Denmark. SO Festival is an ACE National Portfolio Organisation.
In 2024, SO Festival will take place on Friday 14th – Saturday 15th June in Skegness and Sunday 16th June in Mablethorpe.
In 2025, SO Festival will take place on Friday 13th – Sunday 15th June.
