As the country continues to navigate a way through the Covid-19 outbreak, the Embassy Theatre will remain closed for the foreseeable future with many events now re-scheduled into 2021. We are looking forward to seeing you again but it remains imperative that this is only when the time is right and some of the current government restrictions are relaxed. The building will not be in a position to offer counter sales despite the recent announcement from HM Government. We are constantly reviewing our position and will issue more information when appropriate.

Please be advised that your tickets will be accepted and remain valid on any new dates and if you have requested to collect them, they will be available for you when we can welcome the public here again. Whilst tickets are valid and accepted, please also remember that your seats will not change – the seats you had booked will be the same and your seats will not be moved. We hope that clears up some confusion.

This industry will recover however it is going to take a considerable period of time. Theatres are likely to be amongst the last venues that are allowed to re-open.
We are working very hard to ensure that when the time is right, the theatre can emerge from this and continue to offer live entertainment – an experience that cannot be matched. We would like to thank all of those people who have donated the cost of their ticket or sent us a separate donation to safeguard our future – thank you. We are currently operating a Box Office service however please be mindful that members of our team are also assisting their colleagues throughout the company and we will not be in a position to respond immediately. We will get back to our customers at the earliest available opportunity but this will take some time – please bear with us. Whilst we operate with a very limited team. customer refunds will also take several weeks to process and therefore – please again, bear with us.
We ask for your compassion and understanding at this very difficult time. Please consider investing your ticket, should you not be able to attend any revised dates, in a theatre gift voucher or using any funds to choose an alternative show from our calendar by accepting theatre account credit rather than requesting a refund.
